[Ritual & performance]

This is part of a series of performance rituals around the four elements. Eco-spiritual led art is an action touched by the beyond-human. The sacred is now, it is here. It is in how the reeds shoot up, it is in how the birds fly in the sky, it is in how the trees offer intimacy. The artistic action opens our gaze to the sublimity of our world, to Mother Gaia, to life.

Water, source of life, take my prayers,
envelop my body in your gentle touch.

My tears are like prayer, haunted by the grief of loss of the living world. Mother earth, I am mother as you are my mother. I swim in the ocean of your love that embrasse me gently.
Mother earth, my tears are an offering, for the loss of all your children, my siblings: animals, plant, mineral. You are us and we are you.
